This property was purchased on market and was somewhat of an ugly duckling. Presented poorly with tenants in place the market didn’t respond well to the home. We looked past the poor presentation to see an unusually large family home in an area close to schools and amenities.

Once the original tenants moved out we had the opportunity to renovate and add value.

With new carpet, lighting and kitchen reconfiguration the home now suits families perfectly and creates a great wee cashflow for us as investors.
